Comes with an obi and a 4-page black and white insert with liner notes, photos, lyrics and credits. Most of them are in Japanese but some are in English. One page has the lyrics in English.
This album was released first in Japan (East World by Toshiba-EMI) only on September 20, 1979 and billed as an IAN GILLAN release as opposed to the GILLAN "band" album that came out in the UK in October. The trademark "Gillan" logo which first appears on the UK's Gillan Mr. Universe - does not appear on this record.
This was also later released in Australia (Interfusion) and New Zealand (Parlophone).
This release contained alternative tracks to avoid reusing songs already released in these countries on the album Gillan.
Track B1 and B4 appear on the 1993 RPM release Gillan - The Japanese Album, see Gillan (album)
Track A4 was used as a B-side to the UK Trouble single and appears on the first release of Future Shock on CD as a bonus track.
Studio: Kingsway, London
The runouts are stamped.
